The Peak State toolbox is based and built on two established models: cognitive behaviour and emotional regulation. Every technique has been specifically designed to empower you to check, challenge and change your behaviours and actions.
Alongside product development, we’ve been collaborating to create the peakstate.org website, develop the future product strategy and evolve their brand and visual communication.
